His Story:

 

I am Hollister Joseph, aka DJ Boywonder with 15 years experience ranging from collecting music albums to production & I help manage Artists to grow their career.

I also am working on becoming a Canadian Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences Academy Delegate for the JUNOS.

What you will learn in this DJ course

1) How to understand the basics of DJ equipment and how to wire them correctly.

2) How to pick your music, your DJ name, speakers, headphones, and microphone.

3) How to be a pro using beat matching, mixing, listening for the drop, and scratching.

4) How to create and promote a brand around your DJ name.

 

Second Lecture 

The main part of the course will be training students on hardware to uncover their skills by learning various practice activities, contest battles, sound memory and other tools to assist a beginner.

 

This section will rely on the students input as well, ideas to make it easier to DJ. We will break down the fundamentals of setting up at a venue versus being at home. All students will get a progress report after each section to evaluate their learning ability to hear music.

 

The Final Lecture Team building projects, quizzes, and exercises to assist with personal growth. There will be visual material to assist students wanting more knowledge.
