Service Description

Our Mobility Wellness Coaching provides a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on relaxation and stress relief through mindful breathing and movement meditation practices. This movement experience is designed to help you release tension and cultivate a deeper sense of calm. During the session, you will practice various breathing practices, including diaphragmatic breathing and balanced breathing exercises. These techniques are aimed at activating the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and restoring balance to your body and mind. As you engage in these practices, you’ll apply gentle stretches to discover how intentional exhalation can reduce anxiety, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical tools to incorporate into your daily routine, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. Cancellation Policy

This policy is non-refundable and valid for a fixed number of weeks. Sessions are intended to be taken once a week until the package is complete. For additional options, please discuss with your coach or instructor. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time. For cancellations after the 48 hour window, there is a 50% fee. Please there contact us at least 72 hours in advance should you have any questions. All services are available for exchange, no refunds. Please email info@sapphenix.com to request transferring your session.
