Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon submission. Please ensure you select a date and time that works best for you. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to allow others the opportunity to book the session. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice may limit your ability to book future sessions. Punctuality: Please join the session on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.
