By booking and participating in a 1:1 Private Reset session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that Sapphenix Private Reset sessions may involve movement, breathwork, rhythm, stillness, or guided somatic practices depending on the session type.

• I understand that these sessions are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health care, and no diagnosis is being provided.

• I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate and will communicate any limitations, injuries, or discomfort.

• I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying or stopping movements as needed.

• I acknowledge that movement-based activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, fatigue, dizziness, or emotional release.

• I release and hold harmless Sapphenix, its facilitators, contractors, and partners from any claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

• I acknowledge responsibility for my personal belongings during in-person sessions.

• I consent to participate under these terms.
