Movement
Move, connect, and reset, your way
Weekends
Location varies by experience
It’s about enjoying yourself with other people.
Group Movement is a collection of guided movement experiences designed for people who want to move, connect, and feel more comfortable in their body without doing it alone.
If you’ve been craving something social that isn’t just “going out,” this is that middle ground.
Move, connect, and enjoy rhythm or movement with others.
No experience. No partner. No pressure.
Why this exists
A lot of people want to try to move more...
but don’t want:
-
a high-pressure dance class
-
to practice alone at home
-
to feel watched or judged
-
or to commit to something intense
These experiences was designed to be social-first.
You move together.
You learn together.
You enjoy the experience together.

What it actually feels like
Picture this:
-
You walk into a room with music already playing
-
People are moving, laughing, and figuring it out together
-
You’re guided, but not pressured
-
You leave feeling lighter, more confident, and glad you came
That’s the goal.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Just rhythm, connection, and a good hour in your body.
What we’ll focus on
Depending on the session or series, we explore different types of movement, including:
-
rhythm-based movement (Salsa, Kizomba, Bachata)
-
high-energy sessions (Zumba, Socacize)
-
recovery and reset (stretching, mobility, breathwork)
-
social sports (soccer, basketball)
Each experience is designed to build:
-
coordination
-
body awareness
-
confidence moving with others
No experience required.
No partner needed.
Who this is for
This is a great fit if:
-
you want a social way to move or try something new
-
you don’t enjoy working out or learning alone
-
you want something more engaging than a typical night out
-
you prefer a relaxed, welcoming environment
-
you’re curious about movement but don’t identify as a “dancer” or "athlete"
All levels welcome.

How the series works
Sessions run in different formats depending on the experience:
-
weekly series (2–6 weeks)
-
drop-in sessions
-
seasonal programs
A typical session may include:
-
guided movement or instruction
-
partner or group-based interaction
-
practice or social time
Some series are progressive.
Drop-ins may be available depending on the session.
Consistency helps, but pressure isn’t the point.
