The Pilot License gives you a low-risk, high-clarity way to evaluate how the Sapphenix OS supports your people, your culture, and your long-term wellbeing strategy.

This is the simplest way to understand the impact before moving into a full OS License or internal facilitator training..

WHAT THE PILOT LICENSE INCLUDES

✔ One Shared OS Module (Full Live Session)

Your organization receives access to one live OS Module delivered by Sapphenix.
Current module options include:

  • Burnout Identification & Regulation

  • Emotional Load & Cognitive Clarity

  • Restorative Performance Practices

Your staff attend alongside other pilot organizations and the broader Sapphenix community, creating a high-quality, accessible learning environment.

✔ Up to 50 Participant Seats

Give your team or department an opportunity to experience the OS together and build internal momentum for deeper partnership.

​

✔ Burnout Self-Check (Lite Diagnostic)

Participants receive a short diagnostic to measure burnout patterns and emotional load within your group.

​

✔ Impact Snapshot Report

After the session, leadership receives a concise report summarizing:

  • burnout indicators

  • participation patterns

  • themes to watch

  • organizational readiness for OS installation

 

✔ Leadership Debrief (15 minutes)

We walk through the Impact Snapshot with your leadership team so you can make an informed decision about next steps.

✘ internal delivery rights
✘ facilitator training
✘ OS scripts, pacing guides, or toolkits
✘ replay access (sessions are not recorded)
✘ private cohorts or custom workshops
✘ ongoing wellness programming
✘ access to the full burnout diagnostic

 

These elements are available in the OS Licensing tiers.

PILOT TIMELINE

  • Duration: 30 days

  • Live OS Module delivered during the pilot window

  • Impact Snapshot provided within 7–14 business days

  • Leadership Debrief scheduled before the 30-day period ends

 

After the pilot concludes, your organization can choose to continue into OS Licensing or pause participation.
