Series Description
This 60-minute Movement Reset™ uses guided movement, rhythm, and breath to help your nervous system release stored stress and return to balance. This session is designed for: stress held in the body restlessness or agitation feeling “off” but not burnt out people who regulate better through movement than stillness What to expect Private 1:1 session Guided, trauma-aware movement Rhythm-based regulation (includes Rhythm Reset) Pacing based on your nervous system Space to settle and integrate This is not a dance lesson or fitness session. Movement is used as a regulation tool, not for performance or technique. Upon booking You’ll receive a short intake form Session details and confirmation will be sent by email If you’re unsure If you’re feeling mentally overwhelmed or depleted rather than restless, the Stress Reset™ may be a better fit.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking - All 1:1 Private Reset sessions must be booked and paid in advance. - Sessions are non-refundable once booked. - Sessions may be rescheduled or transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy below. - Clients agree to pay for session studio fees (min $45) to secure the session venue before a facilitated session. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are subject to a 50% session fee. - No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the session value. - Clients are charged100% of the studio fees for rescheduled or cancelled sessions Location & Additional Fees Additional fees may apply for: - Locations outside Ajax (e.g., Toronto, Scarborough, Markham) - Studio or coworking space rentals (unless otherwise agreed, studios are booked and paid directly by the client) - Travel beyond a 12 km radius Any applicable fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to the session.
