The Rapid Reset is a 30-minute nervous system regulation session designed to help you quickly settle out of stress, regain clarity, and feel grounded again. This session is ideal when you don’t need deep recovery, but you do need your system to calm down so you can function. This is not talk therapy. This is not coaching. It’s a targeted reset for moments when stress is interfering with your focus, energy, or emotional balance. This Session Is Right for You If: you’re feeling activated, anxious, or mentally overloaded you need grounding before a decision, event, or intense period you want to experience this work before committing to a longer session time or capacity is limited right now Many people use the Rapid Reset as a first experience or as ongoing support between deeper sessions. What to Expect In this 30-minute session, we focus on immediate regulation, not long processing. The session may include: guided breathwork somatic grounding nervous system downshifting simple tools you can reuse right away The goal is relief, clarity, and steadiness, fast. After Your Session Most clients feel calmer and more present by the end of the session, with continued settling over the next 24–48 hours. If you find you need more depth, you can always move into a 60-Minute Stress Reset™ later.
