Others arrive because their body is asking for support.

You don’t need to diagnose yourself.

Stress Reset™

Grounding, regulation, and nervous system settling

For when life feels heavy, fast, or overwhelming.

 

The Stress Reset™ is a private, body-based session focused on helping your nervous system come out of survival mode. We use practical regulation tools that may include gentle movement, breath, rhythm, or stillness, based on what your system needs in the moment.

 

This is not talk therapy.
There is no heavy emotional processing.

 

It’s designed to help your body feel safe, steady, and supported again.

 

Session details
• 30 minutes or 60 minutes
• Private 1:1
• Virtual or in-person

Option 1:
Movement Reset™

Regulation through movement and rhythm

For when stress lives in your body and stillness doesn’t work.

The Movement Reset™ is a body-first regulation session that uses guided movement, rhythm, and breath to help your nervous system release stored tension and return to balance.

 

This is not a workout.
This is not dance training.
This is intentional, trauma-aware movement used as a regulation tool.

 

Choose the Movement Reset™ if you want to:

  • release stress held in the body

  • feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded

  • regulate through motion rather than stillness

  • reset without heavy emotional processing

Option 2:
Rhythm Reset

Expressive movement, rhythm, and confidence

For when you want to move, learn, and enjoy your body.

 

The Rhythm Reset™ is a skill-based, expressive movement session focused on rhythm, coordination, and embodied confidence.

This is where movement is joyful, musical, and social.

 

Salsa is a crowd favourite, but sessions are not limited to one style. The focus is learning rhythm, building coordination, and feeling confident in your body through movement.

 

This is not nervous system regulation or therapeutic-style facilitation.
It’s movement for expression, learning, and enjoyment.

 

Choose the Rhythm Reset™ if you want to:

  • learn rhythm-based movement (including salsa)

  • move with music and build coordination

  • gain confidence and body awareness

  • enjoy expressive, social movement
