The Movement Reset™ is a body-first regulation session for when you’re not in full burnout, but your body feels tense, restless, or out of sync.

You might be functioning well on the outside.
But internally, your system hasn’t settled.

This session uses guided movement, rhythm, and breath to help your nervous system release stored stress, restore coordination, and return to regulation.

This is not a workout.
This is not dance instruction.
This is not performance coaching.

It’s intentional, trauma-aware movement used as a regulation tool.

Who This Is For

The Movement Reset™ is ideal if:

  • Stress lives more in your body than your thoughts

  • You feel restless, tight, or disconnected

  • Stillness-based practices don’t work for you

  • You want relief without emotional processing

  • You regulate best through motion and rhythm

 

Especially supportive for high-functioning people who don’t feel “burnt out enough” for deep recovery, but know they’re not fully regulated.

What Happens in a Session

Each session is paced to your nervous system and may include:

✔ Gentle, structured movement
✔ Rhythm-based regulation (including Rhythm Reset)
✔ Breath–movement coordination

✔ Grounding and posture cues

✔ Integration pauses for settling

The focus is how your body feels, not how it looks.

Clients often leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more embodied, with continued settling over the next 24–72 hours.
