About the Reset: The Full Reset Series combines Footwork and Partner Work followed by the Salsa Sunday Social at 5 PM. For prepaid social attendees, this registration grants access to the lesson upgrade.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment - All group reset sessions must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. - Registration and payment are completed through the Sapphenix website. - Meetup RSVPs do not reserve a spot on their own. Payment confirms attendance. Drop-In Sessions - Drop-in sessions are $49 per session, space permitting. - Drop-ins are intended for first-time or occasional participants. - Availability is limited and not guaranteed each week. Series Passes - The 4-week series pass is $159 total and 3-week series pass is $129. - Series passes are non-transferable and intended for one individual. - The pass is valid for the full week series window. Why choose the series pass? Consistent attendance supports learning, group connection, and progression, and the series rate offers built-in savings. Attendance & Missed Sessions - Group sessions are not eligible for refunds once booked. - Missed sessions are not refundable. - If space allows, one make-up session may be offered within the same series window, but this is not guaranteed. - The series is designed as a progression; regular attendance is strongly encouraged. Studio & Location - Sessions are held in a rented studio space. - Studio fees are included in group pricing unless otherwise stated. - Location details will be shared with registered participants prior to the session. Cancellations by Sapphenix If a session is canceled by Sapphenix, participants will receive: - a credit toward a future session, or - a prorated refund, depending on the situation. Group Experience & Conduct - These sessions are designed to be welcoming, social, and respectful. - Participants are expected to engage in a way that supports group comfort and safety. - Sapphenix reserves the right to refuse participation if behavior disrupts the group experience. Not Therapy or Clinical Care - Group resets are movement-based learning and social experiences. - They are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. - Participants are responsible for moving within their own comfort and physical limits.
